We started our search for a property in France 2014. It wasn't until 2016 that we found the perfect location, perfect house and also perfect Estate Agent thanks to Ma Maison Immobilier. Eric and Marie made our search and purchase very easy and also very enjoyable. The support they provided throughout was amazing. Nothing was to much trouble. They provided assistance with our utility connections plus arranged to come to the Notaire to translate the agreement. There must be a way of cloning people, as I would get Ma Mason cloned immediately. They have a natural way of making you feel at ease and relaxed despite being in a country where you do not speak the language and are required to make important decisions. I cannot thank them enough for their support and assistance.

Een voormalige boerderij met 5 ha natuurgebied, waarin een meer van 1ha, daar horen kopers bij die een droom nastreven. Erik en Marije van Ma Maison hebben dat goed begrepen. In de driekwart jaar dat het huis bij hen in de verkoop stond voldeden vrijwel alle bezoekers aan het profiel dat wij in gedachte hadden. Eerder hadden wij 2 Franse makelaars ingeschakeld, maar behalve 1 of 2 bezichtigingen gebeurde er niets, bij Ma Maison was het vanaf het begin raak. De uiteindelijke kopers gaan door op wat wij 16 jaar geleden zijn begonnen. We zijn niet alleen blij dat het huis is verkocht, maar ook met de kopers zelf, mensen aan wie we het huis ‘gunnen’.
Wat opviel was dat afspraken altijd werden nagekomen, ook kregen we goede feedback. De onderhandelingen en afhandeling van verkoop werden professioneel, maar ook betrokken begeleid. Een groot voordeel is dat zowel Erik als Marije vloeiend Frans, Engels en Nederlands spreken. Onze kopers zijn Engelsen, wijzelf Nederlanders. Zelfs al spreek je goed Frans, dan nog beschik je niet zomaar over de technische en juridische kennis en vocabulaire die je nodig hebt bij het kopen of verkopen van een huis. Zij hebben die wel.

In het voorjaar van 2016 hebben we ons Franse huis-met-land verkocht via Mamaison. Daar gingen vijf jaren aan vooraf waarin we het probeerden te verkopen via andere makelaars, dus we hebben een ruime ervaring opgebouwd met Franse of in Frankrijk opererende Nederlandse immobiliers.De meesten ondernemen helemaal niets, hun activiteit bestaat uit het ophangen van een foto in een etalage en dan afwachten tot iemand hun winkel binnenwandelt. In ons geval had dat totaal geen zin, omdat er maar een kleine doelgroep geìnteresseerd kon zijn in wat wij te bieden hadden, namelijk een betrekkelijk eenvoudig huis met grote opstallen op een terrein van 42 hectare bos, weilanden en een groot meer met een zandstrand. Ideaal voor paardenliefhebbers. Maar dat is een doelgroep die zichzelf niet zo makkelijk aanmeldt. Daar moet je naar op zoek. Eindelijk, na vijf jaar, kwamen we in contact met Mamaison, en binnen een maand of twee had die de koppeling met een geschikte koper gelegd. En daarna de onderhandelingen geleid, de koop keurig afgewerkt, tot en met de rafeltjes die er altijd nog zijn nadat de transactie is voltooid. Perfect gedaan, heel professioneel, en met een correcte zakelijkheid naar beide partijen. Aanbevolen!

Aangezien wij zelf niet in Frankrijk wonen, was het heel prettig om zo'n betrouwbare en actieve makelaar te hebben die het huis uit de nalatenschap van onze vader verkocht. Niet alleen de bezichtigingen, maar ook allerlei andere regeldingen nam hij ons uit handen. Erg plezierig. Chapeau!

We both bought our house & sold it through Ma Maison immobilier
The buying experience was a joy - we spent many hours touring the French countryside with Charles looking at lots of houses, he gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble, & he made it fun & informative. Eventually we found the house of our dreams, thanks to Ma Maison, they then helped at every stage (we didn't speak much French)! Even arranging & coming to the notaire with us, to translate the agreement.
Even after the purchase they helped us to find builders & many other services.
After about 5 years we decided to sell up & return to the UK - once again Ma Maison came good & found a buyer & again helped us through the problems of surveys & all of the legal process.
Even when the sale had completed & we were living in England, they continued to help us with several problems that arose

We spent a year searching for a property using several agents. Ma Maison were exceptional, not just in ensuring they understood exactly what we were looking for but making sure our likes and dislikes as we viewed properties refined their property selection. Calls and emails responded to promptly set them apart from other local agents. On top of this, the service we received after we bought, is outstanding? Banks, insurance, builders, gardening services are details that soak up time, Erik and Marije were always there to provide friendly, helpful support. Even today, they are our 'go to' people.
