From advising a price to organising and attending viewings to dealing with the paperwork, Erik was very helpful and informative, keeping us updated whenever anything happened and making sure everything happened on time. Ma Maison is far more than an estate agency. From the moment we met Erik and Marije, they couldn’t have been more helpful in finding us our peace of heaven in Le Gers. Their service throughout our house purchase and beyond has been exceptionally outstanding. We know that we can call on them for help at any time and it will be willingly given. This has been vital to us as our French at best is awful! Thank you so much Erik and Marije, we truly appreciate all that you have done and continue to do for us.

We purchased our property through MaMaison. This was our first time buying a property in France, Erik and Marie were always very helpful and responsive every step of the purchasing process. They always gave very practical advice, their understanding of the legal requirements and the process was really useful. We used the Notaire in Condom that they recommended which worked out very well.

Marie and Erik were absolutely amazing in all aspects of selling our house. Their determination to find the right buyers and to help us every way through the process of selling was beyond helpful.

Property sales can sometimes move rather slowly in rural SW France, so when your potential buyer finally starts biting you need a good contact with an immobilier who guides quickly and efficiently on the deal, keeps you up to speed, and crucially (if you are an overseas owner like us) can be fully relied upon to uphold your interests.

We have been supported by Ma Maison Immobilier throughout the search and purchase of our dream property in this beautiful part of rural France. Their portfolio includes a wide range of quality properties and at the start Marije helped us to carefully choose which properties to view.
